This post is not sponsored by Bella Skin Beauty and I did not receive free products for this review. These opinions are my own.
Although I've always been diligent in caring for my skin, I wasn't always concerned with the ingredients in my skincare products. I also foolishly thought that the harsher the cleanser, the cleaner my face would be, and the more ingredients, the better! The older I get, the more I want to be kind to my skin and use clean skincare products that nourish my skin without chemicals. I have learned so much about how important it is to protect your skin barrier and not overuse products that can damage it. This has been a gradual shift for me. As I have focused more on eating cleaner for my health, I want the same for my skin. Our skin is our largest organ, so it just makes sense that we should approach our skincare the same as we do our food. I still use clinical skincare like retinols and exfoliating acids, but I use them sparingly and alternate between more nourishing skincare like Bella Skin Beauty products.
I discovered Bella Skin Beauty a little over 6 months ago and fell in love with the line. I love the mission behind the brand and how natural all of their products are. I am also obsessed with how good everything smells! I want to spread the word about small companies like this one that make skincare with clean, organic ingredients that actually help your skin glow!

The Products I Have Tried...
The first thing I tried from Bella Skin Beauty was their Probiotic Underarm Toner. I was totally intrigued by the concept of this product and what it claimed to do. I bought the Discovery Set and fell in love. The Underarm Toner is meant to be used just as you would use a toner for your face... you spray it on and wipe it off before applying deodorant. It is meant to cleanse, eliminate bacteria, and moisturize your underarm area. It is great for a quick freshen-up between showers. Rather than just adding another layer of deodorant over the stink, you can wipe it away and start fresh. I also use it on days when I know I need a little extra protection - like when the temps climb and I know some sweat is in my future. I keep a travel size in my bag and I always take it with me on vacation. It smells amazing and is completely natural... no artificial fragrance. I have never seen anything like this and I think it is such a unique product. Honeysuckle Peony is probably my favorite scent, but they are all so good!
Currently in my skincare rotation, I have the Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner, the Under Eye Velvet, the Vitamin A Silk - Night Face Oil, and the Porcelain Skin Perfecting Cream. I really do love everything I have tried!
The Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner is gentle and hydrating and perfect under my vitamin C serum. It feels silky and luxurious going on and smells oh so good.
The Under Eye Velvet is a light oil that you roll on around the orbital bone. It layers nicely under my concealer and doesn't bother my sensitive eyes. I mostly use it at night, though, and I love how hydrating it is.
The Vitamin A Silk is a great retinol alternative to use at night. I love it for when I am cycling between retinol days.
The Porcelain Skin Perfecting Cream is a favorite! It is so rich and hydrating. I only use it at night as my last step, and it keeps my face from drying out while I sleep. It isn't greasy but it keeps my face hydrated all night. I used to buy a very expensive night cream from Skinceuticals, but this has replaced it, and I have no regrets. Did I mention how good it smells?!
If you order from Bella Skin Beauty, you get to choose 2 free samples. That is how I was able to try and fall in love with more of their products. Next, I want to try the mask and face wash... I am sure they will be winners as well!
